Caitlin Mackie

Caitlin Mackie is a 22-year-old artist from South Africa currently living in Switzerland and studying at the University of Geneva. She specializes in self-portrait photography and writes poems to accompany her work. Caitlin starting taking photos in the 8th grade, when her art teacher noticed she had a good eye and encouraged her to get a camera. Over the years she discovered her style, which she defines as surreal self-portraits, while using art as a method of personal expression. She is also a Christian and uses art as a way to connect with God. She loves using Adobe Photoshop and is always editing and adding crazy elements into her photographs.
